Summary

This study tests whether a special MRI scan can track lung tumor movement during breathing better than the standard CT scan. Researchers will compare both scans in 150 people receiving radiation therapy for lung cancer. If the MRI proves more accurate, it could help doctors plan treatment with smaller safety margins, sparing healthy tissue while still hitting the tumor.
