New combo therapy studied for Tough-to-Treat lymphoma
NCT ID NCT04981795
First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looked at how safe and effective a combination of two drugs (tafasitamab and lenalidomide) is for people with a type of blood cancer called diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has returned or stopped responding to treatment. The study focused on including patients from racial and ethnic minority groups. Researchers tracked side effects and how well the cancer responded, but this is not a cure—patients may need ongoing treatment.
