Summary
This study is collecting real-world data on a device-based treatment for high blood pressure. It is for patients whose blood pressure remains high despite taking multiple medications or who cannot tolerate those drugs. The treatment uses a catheter to deliver radiofrequency energy to nerves near the kidneys, aiming to lower blood pressure over the long term.
