Doctors track how real patients fare on standard prostate cancer drugs

Summary
This study aims to understand how well two standard hormone therapy drugs work for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread, when used in everyday medical practice. It will follow about 500 patients already scheduled to receive these treatments to see how their cancer responds and how they feel. The goal is to gather real-world evidence on treatment effectiveness and quality of life, not to test new medications.
