Doctors review past cases to gauge leukemia Drug's Real-World impact

NCT ID NCT07356960

Summary

This study looks back at the medical records of about 100 adults with a specific type of leukemia (Philadelphia-positive ALL) who were already treated with the drug ponatinib as part of their regular care. The goal is to see how effective the treatment was in a real-world setting, outside of a formal clinical trial, by checking how many patients achieved a deep level of remission. Researchers are not giving any new treatment; they are only analyzing past patient data.
