Summary
This study looked at the order in which people with advanced bowel cancer (metastatic colorectal cancer) received two approved treatments: regorafenib and TAS (with or without bevacizumab). Researchers collected data from 121 patients in Europe to see how long each treatment sequence worked and how long patients lived. The goal was to understand which order might be better, but no new treatments were tested—only existing medical records were reviewed.
