Tracking eye injections in real patients

Summary

This study is collecting information on how well the eye injection drug faricimab works for people with wet age-related macular degeneration or diabetic macular edema in real-world doctor's offices. It will follow 850 patients for 2 years to see how their vision changes, how often they need injections, and what side effects occur. The goal is to understand how this treatment performs outside of controlled clinical trials.
