Real-World check on promising breast cancer treatment

Summary
This study is observing how well the drug trastuzumab deruxtecan works and its side effects for adults with advanced breast cancer in real-world settings. It will follow about 118 patients who are already planning to receive this treatment as part of their standard care. The main goal is to see how long the treatment keeps the cancer from getting worse and to monitor safety.
