First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looks at how chest radiation for cancer might affect the heart. Ten adults with stage II-III or limited stage IV cancer will get special PET/MRI scans before and 6 months after radiation. The goal is to see if the scans can detect early signs of heart artery problems. Researchers will also check blood for genetic and immune changes.
