Brain-Targeting exercises tested to steady Parkinson's patients
NCT ID NCT06807385
Summary
This study tested a new type of exercise training designed to improve balance and movement in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers compared a special program of reaction-based exercises, thought to stimulate a specific part of the brain, to a standard exercise program. They measured changes in participants' reaction speed, posture control, balance, and mobility to see if the new training was more helpful.
