This study looks at whether a program called REACH & Map can help older adults who are hard to reach (age 60+) improve their physical health, memory, mood, and social connections. Researchers will track 5,500 participants in Hong Kong using surveys and tests. The goal is to see if matching people's abilities with their environment helps them stay independent longer.
