First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests whether a single injection of RE104 can reduce symptoms of depression or mixed depression and anxiety in people with adjustment disorder caused by a serious illness like cancer, ALS, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, or idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. About 100 adults will receive either a higher or lower dose of RE104, and researchers will measure changes in mood and anxiety over time. The goal is to see if this treatment offers fast relief for emotional distress tied to a medical diagnosis.
