Healthy volunteers help scientists track RE104's path through the body

NCT ID NCT07146191

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 39 times

Summary

This study involved 8 healthy adults aged 18–55 who received a single tiny dose of RE104, a drug with psychoactive properties. Researchers measured how much of the drug appeared in blood, urine, and stool over at least a week to understand how the body absorbs, breaks down, and gets rid of it. The goal was purely to gather information about the drug's metabolism, not to treat any disease.
