First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study follows 100 people who developed a blood clot on a device placed in the heart to prevent strokes. Researchers want to find out how often these clots come back or persist, what raises the risk, and whether they lead to strokes or bleeding. The goal is to gather better data to improve follow-up care.
