New cancer drug enters human testing for Tough-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called RC278 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose and to see if the drug helps shrink tumors. The trial will enroll about 312 adults to carefully monitor how their bodies respond to the treatment.
