New injection aims to tame dangerous blood fats

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called RBD5044 to see if it can safely lower high levels of triglycerides and cholesterol in adults with mixed dyslipidemia. About 120 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo injection and be monitored for nearly a year. Researchers will compare results to determine if the drug effectively reduces these blood fats.
