Global hunt for clues in devastating rare diseases affecting babies and adults

Summary
This study aims to learn more about two rare, inherited diseases that cause serious bone problems and blood vessel calcification, particularly in infants. Researchers will follow up to 1000 patients over time during their regular doctor visits, collecting health information and asking about their quality of life. The goal is to build a detailed picture of how these diseases progress to help guide future care and research.
