Summary
This study tests whether a special hyaluronan solution can quickly relieve mouth pain and burning caused by spicy ingredients like chili peppers. Fifty healthy adults will receive a single dose of the solution or a control substance after their mouth is exposed to a spicy challenge. The goal is to see if the solution reduces pain and irritation within seconds to a minute.
