Summary
This study tests whether a combination of ramucirumab plus FOLFIRI can help people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer live longer compared to the current standard of ramucirumab plus paclitaxel. The trial includes 429 adults whose cancer progressed after one prior chemotherapy. The goal is to find a more effective treatment option for this hard-to-treat cancer.
