This study will check if a specific ultrasound finding called the 'rail sign' can accurately detect placenta accreta, a condition where the placenta grows too deeply into the womb. Researchers will scan 90 pregnant women with placenta previa (low-lying placenta) during their second or third trimester. If the rail sign proves reliable, it could give doctors a simple, non-invasive way to diagnose this risky condition earlier.
