NCT ID NCT06826170
First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study tested a special type of radiation therapy for people with non-secreting pituitary tumors that were still present or had returned after surgery. The goal was to see if giving radiation in smaller doses over several sessions could reduce side effects on nearby nerves and the pituitary gland. Twenty-five participants received the treatment and were followed for at least a year with scans, eye tests, and quality-of-life questionnaires.
