First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at men whose prostate cancer has spread to nearby lymph nodes after surgery. Researchers want to see if adding pelvic radiation to 2 years of hormone therapy can delay the cancer from coming back or spreading. About 374 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either hormone therapy alone or hormone therapy plus radiation. The goal is to improve disease control and survival without causing severe side effects.
