Zap for the mom pooch? quick test for postpartum belly relief
NCT ID NCT07419399
Summary
This study is testing if a single session of a treatment called radiofrequency diathermy can provide immediate relief for postpartum women with abdominal muscle separation. Researchers will compare the real treatment to a fake one in 48 women to see if it changes their pain sensitivity, feeling of heat, and tissue stiffness right after the session. The goal is to see if this quick treatment could be a helpful option for managing postpartum discomfort.
