Summary

This study tests whether a non-surgical radiofrequency treatment can improve vaginal health and sexual function in postmenopausal women. Forty women aged 40 to 65 will receive either the active treatment or a sham procedure. The goal is to see if it reduces symptoms like dryness, pain, and discomfort without long-term medication.
