Summary

This study watches 226 adults with early-stage kidney cancer (T1a) who get radiofrequency ablation, a heat-based treatment to destroy tumors. Doctors will record how well the procedure works and any side effects. No new treatments are tested; all care is decided by the patient's own medical team.
