Wrinkle treatment put to the test: will it mask tumors on mammograms?
NCT ID NCT07086248
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at whether Radiesse dilute, a filler used for chest wrinkles, can hide breast tissue or cause false alarms on mammograms and ultrasounds. Thirty adult women will get the treatment and then have breast scans to see if the filler interferes with doctors' ability to read the images correctly. The goal is to make sure this cosmetic procedure is safe for breast cancer screening.
