Summary
This study tested whether certain health and wellness products can improve gastrointestinal (GI) health in adults. Over 1,500 people took either a product or a placebo (fake product) without knowing which they got. The main goal was to see if symptoms like bloating, constipation, diarrhea, and belly pain got better over time.
