Summary
This study tests whether a special training program can improve operating room nurses' knowledge, awareness, and safety behaviors regarding radiation exposure. Fifty-four nurses will be split into two groups: one receives the training, the other does not. Researchers will measure changes in understanding and motivation to use protective measures.
