Radiation boost tested to extend lives in advanced liver cancer
NCT ID NCT07274774
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a precise, high-dose form of radiation (SBRT) to standard drug therapy helps people with advanced liver cancer live longer than drug therapy alone. It will involve about 184 participants who have cancer that has spread within the liver or to other parts of the body. The main goal is to see if the combination treatment improves overall survival while monitoring side effects and quality of life.
