Summary
This study tests whether using precise, high-dose radiation on tumors outside the bone marrow before a stem cell transplant improves outcomes for adults with blood cancers. It aims to see if this approach helps patients live longer and reduces the chance of the cancer returning. The trial will monitor survival, relapse rates, and safety in 20 participants.
