Radiation boost after lung cancer surgery: can it stop recurrence?

NCT ID NCT06878274

Summary

This study is testing whether adding radiation therapy after chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and surgery helps patients with stage III non-small cell lung cancer who still have some cancer cells left. It will compare survival and cancer control between patients who receive the extra radiation and those who do not. The goal is to see if this approach can keep the cancer from coming back longer.
