Summary
This study is testing whether adding specific nerve mobilization techniques to standard physical therapy helps people with chronic tennis elbow. Researchers will compare two groups: one receiving standard treatment and another receiving standard treatment plus gentle nerve movement techniques. They'll measure pain, grip strength, and function over several months to see which approach works better.
