Doctors test which spot is best for Kids' surgery monitoring lines
NCT ID NCT07062861
Summary
This study aims to find the better way to place a small monitoring line in a child's wrist artery during planned surgery. Doctors will use ultrasound to guide the line into either a spot near the wrist or a spot farther up the arm. They will compare how often each method works on the first try, how long it takes, and if there are any problems like bruising.
