Wrist artery study aims to make common procedures safer and more popular

NCT ID NCT05768412

Summary

This study measured how a patient's wrist artery changes size during a standard medical procedure and what personal factors affect it. Researchers studied 60 patients to understand this better. The goal is to help doctors safely use larger tools through the wrist, allowing more types of procedures to be done this way, which is safer and preferred by patients.
