Race against rabies: can a new vaccine schedule offer faster protection?
NCT ID NCT07357545
Summary
This study tested a new rabies vaccine to see if it works as well as an existing one. It involved 2,040 healthy volunteers aged 10-60 and compared the standard 5-dose schedule to two shorter 4-dose schedules. The main goal was to check if the new vaccine and schedules were safe and triggered a strong immune response to protect against rabies.
