Summary

This study is testing if listening to a specific chapter of the Quran (Surah Al-Inshirah) can help new mothers feel better after a C-section. Researchers will see if this spiritual practice improves mothers' mood, sense of peace, and connection with their babies. The study involves 172 first-time mothers who identify as Muslim and have just had a C-section.
