First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether adding the drug quisinostat to standard radiation therapy can help control glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain cancer. About 30 adults with newly diagnosed or recurrent glioblastoma will receive the drug before and during radiation. The goal is to see if the drug reaches the tumor and improves how long the cancer stays under control.
