First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether adding the drug quisinostat to standard radiation therapy can help control grade 4 glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain cancer. It includes up to 30 adults with either newly-diagnosed or recurrent tumors. Researchers first measure how much drug reaches the tumor, then give the combination to those who show good drug levels.
