NCT ID NCT06230861
Summary
This study is testing whether quercetin, a natural compound found in fruits and vegetables, can improve heart health and metabolic markers like blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar. Researchers will give quercetin supplements or a placebo to 40 healthy adults to see if it makes a difference. The goal is to see if this dietary approach could help reduce the risk of future heart disease and diabetes.
