New cocktail of drugs shows promise for tough breast cancer

NCT ID NCT07601178

First seen Jun 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 07, 2026

Summary

This study is testing a new combination of drugs (QL1706, anlotinib, and nab-paclitaxel) as a first treatment for advanced triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), a type that is hard to treat. About 34 people will get the drugs in 3-week cycles until their disease gets worse or side effects become too strong. The goal is to see if this mix can control the cancer longer and how safe it is.
