Summary

This study compares a lower dose of radiation to the standard dose for people with advanced HPV-positive throat cancer. The goal is to see if the reduced dose can control the cancer just as well while causing fewer side effects. The trial includes 23 participants with stage 3 or 4 disease and follows them for up to 5 years.
