NCT ID NCT02945631
First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tests whether people with HPV-positive throat cancer can receive a lower dose of radiation and chemotherapy after an initial round of chemo, without harming their chances of keeping the cancer away. The goal is to reduce long-term side effects while still controlling the disease. About 43 participants are involved, and researchers are also looking for factors that help predict who will benefit most from this approach.
