Summary

This study tested a supplement called Qualia NAD+ in 92 adults aged 40 to 65 who had moderate to severe joint pain. Participants took the supplement or a placebo for a period, and researchers measured NAD+ levels in their blood and tracked changes in quality of life. The goal was to see if boosting NAD+ could improve cell health and reduce discomfort.
