Summary
This study tested a combination of four drugs (asunaprevir, daclatasvir, ribavirin, and pegylated interferon) in 60 adults with hepatitis C genotype 4 who had not responded to standard treatment. The goal was to see if this stronger approach could clear the virus from the body. Results focused on whether the virus stayed undetectable 12 weeks after treatment ended.
