Summary

This study looks at whether a newer type of nerve block, called the Quadro-Iliac Plane (QIP) block, helps people recover better after hip replacement surgery compared to standard blocks. About 80 adults having hip surgery will receive one of several nerve blocks as part of their normal care, and researchers will track their pain, recovery quality, and how quickly they can move after surgery. The goal is to see if the QIP block leads to less pain and a smoother recovery.
