NCT ID NCT07252635
First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tested 30 young fencers to find out which of three exercises—a single-leg squat, a squat with core activation, or a kneeling exercise—most activates the quadriceps (thigh) muscles. Participants did all three exercises in random order while sensors measured muscle activity. The results may help coaches design better training and injury prevention programs for fencers.
