First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at whether giving first-time mothers a virtual tour of the delivery room using a QR code can reduce their fear of childbirth and help them feel more ready. About 100 pregnant women between 28-32 weeks will watch three videos showing the delivery room, admission process, and postpartum care. The goal is to see if this simple tool can boost confidence, increase vaginal birth rates, and improve breastfeeding self-efficacy.
