Can a simple QR code calm C-Section fears and ease pain?
NCT ID NCT07368387
Summary
This study tests if providing educational information via a QR code before a planned C-section can help reduce anxiety before surgery and pain afterwards. 88 women scheduled for planned C-sections will be randomly assigned to either receive the QR code materials or get standard hospital care. Researchers will measure anxiety before surgery and pain and comfort levels after delivery to see if the digital education helps.
