First human tests begin for experimental hypertension pill

Summary
This is an early-stage study to check the safety and basic effects of a new experimental drug called QLS1410 for high blood pressure. Researchers will test single and multiple doses in 78 healthy Chinese adults and people with mild hypertension. The study will also examine how food affects how the body processes the medication.
