Summary

This study tests a new drug called QLS12010 in 102 adults with moderate-to-severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), a painful skin condition that causes abscesses and nodules. The trial has two parts: first, an open-label phase to see if the drug works and is safe; second, a placebo-controlled phase to find the best dose. The main goal is to reduce the number of abscesses and inflammatory nodules over 24 weeks.
