Summary
This study is testing an experimental injectable drug called QLC7401 for people with high cholesterol that isn't well-controlled with their current medication. The main goal is to see if it safely lowers 'bad' LDL cholesterol more than a placebo injection. It will involve about 780 adults who are already on a stable cholesterol-lowering treatment plan.
